How do i get my membership discount for tickets?
All members will have a SimpleTix account once they have paid for their membership. To access all discounts, each member will have to sign in to their SimpleTix account prior to checkout. Once signed in, all discounts will be automatically applied. If you are having trouble logging into your account, go through the "Forgot my Password" process to regain access. If you do have access, and the discounts are not showing up, please verify if you still have an active membership. Discounts will not show up if your membership has expired. For any further questions, please reach out to the Membership Chair.
