What is the best way to reserve tickets?
The online box office and theater ticket line are both excellent options for reserving tickets in advance. If you choose to call the theatre ticket line please remember to leave your name, phone number, show date you are requesting tickets for and number of tickets you'd like to reserve. Messages are retrieved at 6:30 PM on show nights, if you call between shows there may be a delayed response.
How can I pay for my tickets in advance?
Online box office purchases are paid for at the time of checkout. If you are calling the theatre ticket line mention that you would like to pay in advance and an NTP representative will return your call.
What happens to my tickets if I don't pay in advance?
Tickets which are reserved but not paid for are held until 15 minutes prior to curtain. (7:45 for an 8:00 show) If reserved tickets are not picked up at that time they will be sold to the next available theatre patron. Tickets which are paid for in advance are held until the ticket holder arrives even if they are late.
What are group tickets and how can I reserve them?
Ten or more tickets reserved under one name and paid for at the same time are considered group tickets and are sold at a group price regardless of age or student status. They may be reserved by calling the theatre ticket line (301-737-5447) just like individual tickets, however, they should be reserved under one name only.
