FAQ'sHow can I get involved in The Newtowne Players? The Newtowne Players relies heavily on volunteer support. Check out our Support Local Theater link to see the many ways we can use your assistance and then fill out the volunteer information form or give us a call at 301-737-5447. You will be contacted by a NTP representative (another volunteer) to get you started. I want to become a member, how can I do that? Becoming a member of the Newtowne Players is easy. We have recently streamlined the process with our online Membership Application. Simply fill out the form and send it in. Our membership coordinator will contact you about getting your dues paid and getting you involved. You will begin receiving our quarterly newsletter on the first day of the next Quarter (January, April, July, October) which will give you important information about your membership and upcoming events. What is the best way to reserve my tickets? The online box office and theatre ticket line are both checked daily while the box office is open. If you choose to call the theatre ticket line please remember to leave your name, phone number, show date you are requesting tickets for and number of tickets you'd like to reserve. You will most likely receive a call or e-mail the same day or at the latest the next day. If you are reserving tickets for the same day you call please use the theatre ticket line only, do not use the online box office for same day requests. How can I pay for my tickets in advance? If you are using the online box office simply check the pay in advance box. A NTP representative will contact you to arrange payment. If you are calling the theatre ticket line mention that you would like to pay in advance. When you are called for confirmation you can arrange payment at that time. What happens to my tickets if I don't pay in advance? Tickets which are reserved but not paid for are held until 10 minutes prior to curtain. (7:50 for an 8:00 show) If reserved tickets are not picked up at that time they will be sold to the next available theatre patron. Tickets which are paid for in advance are held until the ticket holder arrives even if they are late. What are group tickets and how can I reserve them? Ten or more tickets reserved under one name are considered group tickets and are sold at a group price regardless of age or student status. They may be reserved through the online box office or theatre ticket line (301-737-5447) just like individual tickets, however, they should be reserved under one name only. How do I get to Three Notch Theatre? Directions to Three Notch Theatre are available on the Directions Link Do you have accomodations for persons with disabilities?
